Access your online account by following these easy steps:

Step 1: Enter the web address (usaa.com) on a browser to visit the homepage.

Step 2: Click the “LOG ON” link and a log in panel will open.

Step 3: Type in Password and Online ID. Then click the “LOG ON” button.

The account dashboard will open if the Password and Online ID are verified.

Forgotten Username / Password

Recover forgotten Username or Password by following these steps:

Recover Online ID

Step 1: Open the USAA website homepage (usaa.com).

Step 2: On the upper right of the homepage, click “LOG ON” and the log in panel will open.

Step 3: Below the log in panel, click “I forgot ‘Online ID’”.

Step 4: Click one of the options associated with your membership.

Step 5: Enter USAA Number, SSN or TAX ID and click “NEXT”.

The username (Online ID) will be sent to your email after credentials were validated.

Recover Password

Step 1: Visit the USAA website homepage (usaa.com).

Step 2: Click the “LOG ON” link and the log in panel will open.

Step 3: Below the log in panel, click “I forgot password”.

Step 4: Type your “Online ID” and click “Next”

You can update your password ID after the system has validated your Online ID.

Enrolling Online Account

USAA account holders can self-enroll for an online account by following these steps:

Step 1: Visit the USAA website homepage (usaa.com).

Step 2: Click the “LOG ON” link and the log in panel will open.

Step 3: Below the log in panel click on “Set up Online Access”.

Step 4: Verify your identity by clicking “Yes” or ”No”. Then click “Continue“.

Step 5: Enter USAA Number or SSN and click on “Next” to end enrollment.

You will be prompted about the status of your enrollment.
